Chloe joined STBB in 2014 whilst studying for her BCom LLB degree and was promoted to an Associate in the Property Law and Conveyancing department of our Blouberg office after having been admitted as an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public in the Western Cape High Court in 2016. As a Conveyancer, Chloe’s main focus is on residential property transactions and the registration of mortgage bonds, but her practice extends over the full spectrum of all property related matters. She is well equipped with the skills necessary to advise on all non-resident related property issues as well as Capital Gains Tax applicable to all property sales. She also attends to the drafting of contracts including Agreements of Sale, Joint Ownership Agreements, Lease Agreements, Addendums for the amendment of already concluded Contracts, Power of Attorney, Notarial Authentication Certificates and Antenuptial Contracts. Chloe’s further focus is on the marketing of the firm generally to financial institutions and the reporting on live bond registration instructions to the particular mortgage origination channels and financial institutions.
